New Official Star Wars Watches To Be Made By Nixon
May the 4th be with you! Today on May 4th, 2015 (the sort-of-official Star Wars day), California-based Nixon watches has announced an upcoming line of official Star Wars watches. Nixon has mentioned to us that this is a relationship they've taken very seriously from a design perspective and wanted their Star Wars watches to be more than branding exercises where Star Wars names and logos are slapped on a dial. This means existing and new watches will be modified or created to merge Nixon design language with that of the rich Star Wars universe.As a pre-release teaser, Nixon has shared with us what appears to be a revamped version of the brand's popular Diplomatic model �C which is perhaps the upcoming Nixon Darth Vader watch, or similarly themed Nixon "Dark Side" watch. At first, all the Nixon Star Wars watches will revolve around the Dark Side themed and will include four collection based on the Stormtrooper, Imperial Pilot, Darth Vader, and Boba Fett. I fell for Speedmasters via the great 9300. Maybe a little bit backwards, though who can say. But having the 9300 gave me the hankering for the classic 3570.50, so I picked one up this weekend from the master of Speedmasters Kringkily. Everything that everyone says about this watch us true, and it deserves the great reputation it has.

Watch / clothing combos
Hi guys,From a design standpoint I really like a lot of the rolex sports models e.g. Coke GMT, BLRO, hulk, BLNR etc but it seems like some of these popular models aren't as versatile as say a SS sub/GMT.I usually dress business casual (shirt, chinos, sportscoat) and find I can wear my 114060 with anything, and if I had a Batman it could pair easily enough with a navy sportscoat or blue shirt etc What clothing do you wear with pepsi/coke/hulk which doesn't clash with the colours of the watches? I prefer watches to blend in with clothing so they don't pop out as a statement piece...Looking forward to your replies and perhaps some images to showcase some ideas.

WG DaytonaC wear smaller than subc?
Hello guysI am looking to buy the daytona c on oysterflex either WG or RG. Already own a 116610ln and have read but have read comments saying the daytona looks and wears smaller on the wrist? Is there any truth to this? As both are 40mm and i wouldnt really want anything smaller than my sub.Not too fussed about thickness more about overall lug to lug size and diameter...If anyone who has a daytona on oysterflex or leather strap and a subc could take some side by side pics or maybe both watches on 1 wrist would be most gratefulAny feedback welcomeCheers guys!
