The brand makes their own movements and are often very well regarded by their fans. I reviewed with Orient Mako Dive watch here myself previously. Orient takes a lot of pride in their dependable automatic watches and here is your chance to own one. Up for grabs is the special yellow dial version of the Mako Dive watch line. It is the Orient CEM65001Y timepiece. As I understand it, this piece was specially made to celebrate Orient's relationship offering watches on Amazonwatches-dealer, and is an exclusive color available only there or direct via Orient. There are a number a nice Orient automatic watches I've currently had my eye on such as Orient's CFM00004W, or the CEZ05003B.Yellow is a nice alternative to orange when looking for a bold looking watch - but this model watch is also available in or
Slow Sunday with the AP BumbleBee
Got my new Camera Sony RX100 20.2 Mega Pixel's and wanted to show you some of my latest pics.
Confused or is it fake?
I've been browsing for my first PP and noticed a few things with the Nautilus 3800 models especially in the gold/steel and gold models. It's like out of nowhere there are a few extremely cheap ones on Chrono. But it's only for this model and material so it seems. Here is the one that had me searching like crazy as to why it's so much cheaper than others .chrono24/en/patekphil...acturerIds=194I just don't get how a full gold watch can be sold for that price unless it's obviously a fake or plated but the seller is trusted with good score. Then there are a few of these two tone 3800s that are super cheap too and just don't get it. Can someone help educate me about these instances please? I'm not even really looking for a YG of anything unless it's a Calatrava but then yellow would be my least preferred. .chrono24/en/patekphil...acturerIds=194Thanks for looking and hopefully there is a perfectly good explanation for the odd pricing compared to the other Nautilus models.
Aquanaut strap question
How long does the Aquanaut strap last? For example, when does it start to get hard or develop cracks like most rubber does? What assurance does one have that Patek will keep making and selling replacement straps for the Aquanaut? And if they don't, what would one do?
Visit to PP at Tiffany's yesterday-Calatrava question
I was in NYC the last few days and made to Tiffany's to check out the PP flagship. What a beautiful store, with multiple museum pieces on display.Sorry, no pics. It was not appropriate at the time.I was surprised when I was told the Calatrava was in very short supply in the US, all models. Can't get inventory. Was curious if this was situational to Tiffany's location, or true across the US.Not in the market myself, but it was clear they were really frustrated by having to say no to customers regarding that model. The quote was, We question their business model by not making the most popular edition available in the US. Couldn't try one on there or at Wempe. Thought it worth asking if this was the norm. Thank you.
