Watches NEWS
AP shops in Danville CA??
I'm going to be in Danville this weekend and I was hoping to try on a RO 15400. Are there any watch shops in the area that might have one that you guys know of?? I've seen them in Vegas several times but never tried one on unfortunately. Can't make it to Vegas this year and I don't think I'll survive another year not trying one on for size. I've heard bad things about the AD in SF so I would prefer to avoid them.
Problems With Crown on Diver!!!
Yesterday, I was setting the time on my Diver going counterclockwise and after going back three to four hours the hands quit moving but the crown would still rotate freely. This happened several times, which was really odd. Anyone has experienced anything like this?Since the watch is still well under warranty, I decided to send the watch to AP and see what's going on. Anyway I had to send it at one point to get the watch checked in order to get my third year warranty. Missing my Diver so much!!!!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk. Watches are the new currency!
Grandfather's Watch
Good evening my friends. I have just been given an old Omega that was owned by my late Grandfather. It was given to him in 1976. Any information as to the reference, year etc. would be much appreciated. Regards,DamienSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I have owned numerous Patek Philippe watches
over the last 20 plus years. 2526 Calatrava was in my collection for over 4 years. Ref. 96 Calatrava in stainless steel from the 1940s as well. This old Patek is still in my possession. Reference 2452 Calatrava.
Can someone point me in the right direction?
Basically I was subject to fraud where some w****er took my 2 Rolex's to sell on a commission sale agreement, all seemed legit until I saw my Watches on a site middle of the country for sale! Long story short I managed to contact fraud and police and I've got my YM back and the Datejust hopefully is coming back Monday. My issue is my Rolex Yachtmaster 68628, 18kt gold midi, some very kind person has taken a link out of the oyster strap which in November I paid rolex 6800 for a new bracelet and now it's too small to get on my wrist as the clasp is on the last hole! Anyone got one laying about or one on there strap they don't need? Appreciate any help! Alex 07941997757
