Museum objects produced by Jaquet Droz and his contemporaries (seen here) in the 18th century often take the form of automaton birds geared to emulate in eerie detail actual birds complete with movement and sound. Bird songs were produced by moving a piston style tube in and out of a shaft rapidly. A small air hole would whistle, sounding remarkably like a real bird. AP straps: standard vs short on long length
Hi, the perfect fit for my is in between two holes. From the watch head end the third hole is just too tight. I can put it on but after an hour it need to be moved to the fourth hole. However, the fourth hole leaves the watch moving too much on my wrist. It won't freely turn all the way around my wrist but close. RDV in Toronto doesn't have watches fitted with short and long straps, so I can't simply try them on, so I'm left begging for answers from other AP watch owners. Hey guys !Quick presentation : I'm nearly 24, I currently own a Blue Z Milgauss and a Breitling 01 43.I've bought a 16710 last summer that I sold already.Was thinking of buying an AP 15400 but I'm not quite ready to spend that kind of money, seems too much for what it is.I've been thinking a lot lately, and this Omega Speedmaster Moonphase, and if I pull the tringer I think I'll buy the SS bracelet too.What do you guys think of this Speed ?

Does anyone know the product/order number for this Omega alligator strap?OMEGA Watches: Seamaster Planet Ocean - Red gold on leather strap - 222.63.42.20.01.001..as I want to replace the bracelet from my PO Liquidmetal LE which is 42mm, so the alligator strap in the gold version should fit.any ideas how much one of these straps cost, and best place to source.. ofrei?
