A few weeks ago ...Me and Liesbeth got an invitation. Since this year Patek Philippe choose a second top dealer to sell their watches in Belgium. And to celebrate this, Patek and the dealer organized a wonderfull event last nightThey choose for a dealer in Antwerp, Antwerp is THE city when talking about diamonds so a few top watch and jewelry shops are of course a must.Patek choose for 'Tensen', imo the perfect choice ! I know these guys already several years and they are top people at a top location. They sell a huge amount of brands but their highest end shop is of course the most interesting for us watch enthusiasts :-)So in fact now they have a very big shop where they sell ONLY Patek and Rolex. Hello AllI am looking to buy a 5196r for my father as gift in the near future. I have spent some time trying it on at the local AD and have decided its the right watch. My question is, is where can i can a brand new one without any issues but not from an AD, so i can save 3-6000$ in taxes. I am in Southern Cal. I see all these online sites like prestigetime and jomasshop, luxury bazaar etc. Are they safe. They all seem to be around for many yrs, and say all the right things on the website in regards to authenticity etc. any advice appreciated, thanks

I am considering purchasing either a Patek Phillipe 5196r manual or an A Longe Sohne 1815 in rose gold. They are both beautiful watches, but does anyone have a reason why one is better than the other? Does the Patek hold its value better than A Longe Sohne?Your help is appreciated,DSB
