JeanRichard’s new Aquascope embodies the essence of 1960s design. Its round dial and curvaceous tonneau case instantly take you back to the decade of mini skirts and bell bottoms, when the desire for bold personal expression drove art, fashion and design into new frontiers. This modern Aquascope retains the original’s monoblock case protecting dual crowns, and it houses JeanRichard’s in-house caliber JR1000 movement. The 40mm x 44.5mm Aquascope case is produced in-house. It is polished and satin-finished stainless steel and features an external bidirectional rotating black bezel, similar to that of the 1960s original. This bezel can be used to indicate a remaining dive time. To ensure accurate setting, the bezel is notched (120 teeth, i.e. a half-minute setting). What is your dream ROO spec?
What do you want to see AP produce? Which ROO would you buy today if it was available? What is your perfect spec?I want to see a 44mm ROO with a new in-house chronograph movement, RG case, Cermet bezel and an open worked dial. But I will probably buy the first ROO with a cermet bezel and an updated movement regardless of size or case material.

Aquanaut vs Nautilus as daily wearer.
I've been lurking on this PP forum for a while and seriously tempted by the Aquanaut or Nautilus.....thanks to many of the enablers on here and the gorgeous pics! If i do decide to make the leap, I will probably have to sell my SubC and ExpII to fund this new 'grail' watch. So this would be my daily wearer, although I take my watch off while doing my work as a chiropractor. I would wear the watch at weekends when I am hiking with my German Shepherd and doing outdoors activities, going running in the mornings, to and from work and in the evenings at home or going out for meals etc. I wear mostly casual clothes ( I am rarely in a suit). My question is, between the Nautilus and Aquanaut, which is more suited to a daily wearer? I have read the Nautilus can be a scratch magnet? I am thinking the Aquanaut might be more robust and sporty with the rubber strap and therefore be more suitable to my lifestyle with wearing this 7 days a week.
