Hublot Announces New U.S. and Latin America President
Hublot has announced the appointment of Beatrice de Quervain Blanchard as U.S. President. De Quervain Blanchard will join Hublot CEO Jean-Claude Biver and Managing Director Ricardo Guadalupe to oversee the U.S. expansion strategy. At Hublot, de Quervain Blanchard will focus on gaining market share through a diverse marketing program that will include the opening of new boutique stores, a strong wholesale network and newsworthy communications initiatives. Born in Switzerland, de Quervain Blanchard studied economics at the University of Zurich and attended Sup de Luxe in Paris to gain additional luxury goods experience. In 1993 she started her career in the Swiss watch industry by working with Jean-Claude Biver at Omega, where she worked her way through the various stages of Product and Marketing to oversee the U.S. Marketing Division. Annual Calendar Help Me Decide
I am thinking ahead. Perhaps more towards the fall or end of the year--- In PP i have a PP 5712 steel, 5990 steel, 5164 steel. I realize from my overall collection I am missing a Calendar watch. So i have been looking through the PP options and would like any opinions or comments. I am not a dressy guy. I have a couple of dress watches and my daily work attire is casual (e.g. dockers or nice jeans and nice shirt). So i prefer the less formal pieces. So here are what is available and some of my comments. I am not even going into the various colors and sub models yet1) 5726 Nautilus -- I like but I will rule out right away because i have two Nautiluses now2) 5146- I really like having a PR indicator. I need to look in person again to see how easy it is to read the subdials. I am not sure i like the subdial approach to show the day and month. I know this is an iconic piece. Would complement my other PPs.3) 5205- Favoring this one at the moment. I like the general appearance and

Daytona Rose Gold Ivory Dial
I have been searching for the Daytona Rose Gold Ivory dial for a while. I come across the opportunity to get the used one at quite reasonable price. I have some questions for this model and would like to get some idea from my friend here. 1) why is not this model popular comparing to others? I rarely see people wearing it. 2) if it's not so popular, how come it's not easy to find in a used market?3) any pro and con for this model? Any current or past users? Thanks a lot :)Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
