Omega 20mm mesh bracelet
Anyone khow a ballpark figure on what these go for? And where to get them.
Is it really impossible?
Hello All,This is the first time I post here on the Patek section but I've been following it for some time.I've been trying for a while to source or at least have my name put on the waiting list for the 5711 (blue dial) but was never really successful. So I decided today to call as many ADs as possible. I went on the Patek website and got the number of their ADs in Europe, Middle East and Asia. I ended up calling more than 50 ADs and I only managed to have my name put on the list in 3 or 4 stores (including the Geneva salon)!!!!! And the waiting time is 3-5 years! Add to that I think the ADs that took my name will never contact me. I know I still have the USA ADs to call but to be honest I got tired of the same answer and I think the situation will be the same in the USA. How can this watch be that hard to get? I see it all over the internet (mainly instagram) and I wonder how is everyone managing to buy it! I know I can buy it from a grey dealer but to be honest I find it ridiculous t
A Question For You
I have a friend that is selling his PAM243 and wants to know if I'm interested. What would be a fair price for me to offer him and how do I find out what series it is? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
RSC - service tips please!
Just gave my GMT Master II 16710 from 2000 in for service in London. I don't believe it had ever been serviced before; bought it secondhand a few months back. So for the next 2 months its strictly my Air King only!I asked RSC not to buff out the scratches on the case and bracelet. There is a small dink to the case towards/at the 4pm mark. I also asked not to replace any original parts without asking me first. This was all based on a few conversations I read here. Here's a few pictures of it.RSC are going to come back with a quote in a few days.I probably should have asked my TRF friends before giving it in, but my question is what is the best thing to ask for when you give your watch in for service by RSC? Does it make a difference at all? Thanks!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
