New Breil Mediterraneo Watch Adds Dash Of Deck Wood Style, Really
Breil Milano is one of the few "fashion watch" brands that I take a keen interest in. The Italian watch designer has been slowly creeping their way upmarket with some really appealing designs. The newest model to watch my attention is the Mediterraneo watch with the inset strips of wood. Note that not all Mediterraneo watches have the wood insets. The purpose of this is to recall the style of yachts and boats, in the Mediterranean that is. I have to say the nautical suggestion is well done. This watch evokes a boating feel, not simply a diving feel. And that really makes it different. Most other boating watches are too much like diving watches to me, and while diving watches are a passion I have, I'd like more variety. With the Mediterraneo, Breil has succeeded in creating a nice looking, but unimposing watch that suggests luxury. About to get AP Diver
I have gone back and forth a ton with AP never pulling the trigger, for many reasons not worth getting into.About to get a Diver and a bit concerned about size. I regularly wear a 42mm explorer 2 and that fits just fine. I have a 43.7mm Breitling as well. Fits fine. I am about 5'10 at 180lbs. Average wrist that I refuse to measure (just because I am odd, and I think it is odd)Anyway, any average size guys out there wear this watch? Pics would be appreciated. Many thanks,
Royal Oak Equation of Time

10:10
What are you WIS doing with your AP at 10:10?I was with my daughter in the ICU 2 days ago when she was treated for her first attack of breathlessness. It was such a nerve-wrecking experience when your loved one was suffering from such emergency. When she was on her first nebulizer, I decided to record the moment and that was when I noticed my AP-clad arm was holding her for support & encouragement. It was nearing 10:10am...10:10 resembles a V sign which signifies victory! And million thanks to the team of doctors and nurses, my girl was recovering very well and was discharged from hospital yesterday. Just a day before the incident, I was meeting Ben (aka benlee) for lunch and we talked about how short and fragile life is. Hence when all necessities in life like housing, insurance, sustainable investment, etc have been catered for, it is always a good idea to splurge on hobbies, travelling, etc, during our prime years when we have the means and stamina to enjoy the best part of our
