Well, I guess they say the third time the charm. Ordered another tropical 5167 today for 15% off list. This time I'm keeping. It's an extraordinary piece and with summer here, will be very comfy. I'm done after this. Period !
Rolex 1803 Day Date?
Hey Everyone,Wanted to get your thoughts on my collection and if you think this would fit in. I'm a young professional, 25 years old and work in a very old school industry. Currently my collection consists of a Ceramic No date Sub, BLNR, Speedy man on the moon and a Reverso Tribute to 1931 Steel.Do you think the 1803 would fit in? What price should I be looking at? I'm not a stickler on Box and papers and not a big fan of the presidential bracelet. Any other suggestions? Thanks for all of your help!!!

I absolutely love this watch and wish I had bought one ten years ago.Anyway, the watch is about 15 years old, and is running well. For peace of mind though, I would like to have it pressure tested before I take it swimming etc.Can anyone recommend someone in Chicagoland that will do a pressure test for me (and maybe replace seals if needed)? Based on older threads, I tried calling Jean Claude the Swiss Watchmaker a couple of times, but his phone just rang and rang -- is he still in business? I also tried the Rolex Service Center on Michigan Avenue, but they won't perform a pressure test without paying $600 for a complete service, which I'd rather not do just yet. Thanks for any recommendations. I'm not averse to shipping my watch elsewhere, but I am hoping there are some local options in
