Watches NEWS
The BEE is back, and modded !
Well guy's, I went ahead with swapping the date wheel out for the black date wheel on my BEE as some of you knew.. I must say, it makes the watch look NEWER, and just way better , IMO of course.. Love it and couldn't be happier not to mention it's pretty unique nowA few pic's of it in different lighting/angles!
Putting Diver strap on Bumblebee
I decided to swap out my Bumblebee's hornback strap for the Diver's rubber strap. Why? The hornback is stiff and not really a good choice for summer wear. I also find single-fold deployants uncomfortable so the Diver's tang buckle is a must for me.First let's gather up the parts...Let's assemble the Diver strap...Now we need to remove the old strap and plots...Install the new plots and strap...Now enjoy a great looking AND comfortable Bumblebee!?(before and after)?
Seamaster 300 questions
Hi every one...just bought a Watchco seamaster 300 565 cal..have a few questions to ask the experts..1.Can the 565 cal be manually wind..??2.Power reserve period.?3.The quick set date seems to start shifting before 12am ..is that normal.??4.Markers are superlume or tritium tube because I saw some tube like mark on them.Any input are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance people.
Thoughts on PAM 312 or 372
I know they are totally different watches but I'm going back and forth between these two.I have tried both on and even thought the 372 is 47mm, it felt just as comfortable if not more comfortable than the 312 case due to the thickness/height.The manual wind also seems a little more solid than the p.9000?For people that have had both. What do you think? It will be my only Panerai for the time being. I like the simplicity of the 372 but do you find it to be too big for an everyday watch? Thanks for helping me make up my mind!
Pictures on Manuals
Somebody posted a picture of a Sub he just got with all the manuals and reminded me of something I'd been wondering: at what point did Rolex get rid of the pictures on the manuals (the diver on the sub, the explorer on the explorer, etc)? I have no idea why, but I love those pictures....just curious. I was about to ask on the other guys thread but didn't want to hijack his new Sub awesomeness.
