Watches NEWS
a. Lange Sohne Lange 31 watch was a nightmare to the engineer
From the technical point of view, the watch a. Lange & Sohne Lange 31 was a nightmare to the engineer. Non-not because the concept is difficult, but because the accuracy. You see that the Lange 31 has a 31 days power reserve (744 hours), divided between two mainspring barrels. The challenge was to ensure that the power to move in springs slowly unwind for the rest of the movement was consistent, if not the shows would go that is too fast or too slow most of the time.
I join the club !!!!
Finally join the AP club. Received today BNIB . Seems very big compare to my white gold daytonna, also the weight is pretty heavy. Love the blue and black combo.IMG_6656.JPGIMG_1876.JPG
New here, can someone school me on the co-axial movement?
I'm new here, just bought my first Rolex a couple months ago. Caught the watch buzz now. I saw a constellation at a boutique that caught my eye but I haven't really seen a lot of info about it since then. I'd really like to learn more about the watch so I can either appreciate it more or make a pass on it. Looking for good info here so please keep it detailed as possible. For $8,000 I'm looking at possibly spending I want to make sure it's worth it (or just go buy another Rolex instead). Thanks.Looking at this one......omegawatches/fileadmi...2151001-20.png
My new planet ocean
I received my latest addition,to my watch addiction today.bought it from an Omega Ad,here in Illinois.really like the mesh bracelet, the clasp is so meaty.I'm thinking about buying a rubber strap, not sure which one,the divers,or deployment one.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1363233176.270326.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1363233206.670070.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1363233221.670403.jpg
ROLEX EXPLORER 1 - The Classic Rolex
There are few watches more iconic to the Rolex brand than the original 36mm Explorer I. For it's simplicity, versatility and robust elegance not too many watches can compete or even dare to try.. I keep coming back to this one..
