AP Family
In anticipation of a RG and Ti Schumacher photo comparison, I am posting a quick pic of my AP family while they are all in one place outside the bank security box for a couple of hours:
sell 5712R for regulator 5235G?
here is a question that is nagging me:::)))) a month ago i committed for a regulator 5235G (within a downpayment that is actually refundable if i withdraw from the deal). however, very recently i got offered a 5711R - which i have been chasing for a while - for an excellent price, to which i have immediately agreed. the 5711R is actually a no-brainer for me - some lust for gold probably:::))). so here are my options, since for reasons of internal family hygiene in cannot get two watches in a month: sell my 5712R (i already have a very good offer, about what i paid for it) and get the 5235G or just cancel the deal on the regulator. an argument for the former is that the 5712R will see little wrist time only since the 5711R will take over the nautilus part, an argument for the latter is that the 5712R is actually an appreciating asset and after all 'easier' to wear than the full gold 5711R.i also have currently a 5227R and a 5320G incoming next year.help::::)))) decisons decisions.....fi
14060M clasp code without month number
This is my first post so hello everyone!I'm offered 14060M produced in 2010 which was sold in 2011 by Greek AD. I've noticed one thing that concerns me a little bit. Clasp stamped code says just RS without number of the month like I've used to see everywhere. Could you please advise if something like this occurred for RS code? Is this clasp legit?Besides this the whole watch, bracelet and the clasp itself seems all correct, it has box and papers too.Attaching photos:
Interesting watch dial color variation
I visited OC Tanner yesterday in Salt Lake City prior to attending the G3 concert downtown. Like other ADs, they had few sports models, however, I noticed the Explorer I they had in the display case had a very light black, almost gray dial. When I compared it to the Sub on my wrist, it did indeed look almost gray. I apologize that I didn't take any photos for comparison, but has anyone else noticed distinct color variations in black dials?
