Watches NEWS
JS Watch Frisland Classic
The Frisland Classic is the latest new piece from Iceland-based JS Watch. What I think is generally amusing about the brand is that the traditional style of their watches casts a personality on the small company that doesn't precisely communicate who they are. Youthful, stylish, and full of a lot of character the people who run JS Watch produce these watches as hip traditional timepieces rather being stuffy and conservative themselves.Knowing that helps understand their collection as well as the them begin watches such as the Frisland Classic and the earlier Islandus 44mm that we did an watches-dealer review of here. With classic, handsome proportions the Frisland Classic is a bit smaller at 42mm wide in a highly polished steel case. Orient Mako Dive Watch Winner Follow Up
In August I held a giveaway for an Orient Mako Diver watch. I asked the winner to send an image with the watch on his wrist as a follow up to show all of you. Like all aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer readers, he was busy in his work and personal life, but was finally able to get a snapshot for me to share with all of you. Here are a few meaningful words that Eric W. wanted to share with about the Orient Mako CEM65001B dive watch that he won on aBlogtoReadwatches-dealer:"The Orient Mako Diver watch is a terrific watch! I must admit that I was a bit skeptical for how an automatic watch in this price range would be, but I have been wearing this watch for over a week and it has performed beautifully. It is very accurate and is durable. I can tell that people that see the watch often do double-takes. They seem to be wondering if it is an Omega, a Rolex, or a Blancpain. The watch comes in a beautiful box. There is no question in my mind that Orient makes the best automatic watches for the money. Is
It's been a while!
I reacquainted myself with an old friend today, my F series ROO Safari. I do really like this watch, but I find it very hard to choose it ahead of my Rolex selection. I really like the off white creamy dial, not always easy to capture in pictures. Now that's it out I've at least taken a photograph, I know that we all love a thread with a watch!Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
