A Look At Cartier's New Maison de Mtiers dArts In La Chaux-de-Fonds
If, somewhere out there, there is a harmonious valley in which watch-lovers can meditate, if there is a monastery in which they can discover inner peace – then Cartier’s new Maison de Métiers d’Arts in La Chaux-de-Fonds is likely to be that Shangri-La. It’s a place where one can admire and concentrate on the meticulous effort that makes the dials of haute horology.Cartier has transformed an old barn into a state-of-the-art watchmaking facility, showroom and greeting space for guests. Incoming! Can you guess what it is?
You know how some posts build suspense by saying something is incoming but not telling us what it is? And then we guess and guess and guess, with the OP teasing us with little hints?Yeah, I'm lazy and like instant gratification.Say hello to Louis!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Speedy bezel disappeared!
Sorry for posting in the Rolex forum but I know many of you own speedmasters and thought I would get the most helpful answers here. I just purchased a BNIB speedmaster 3570 in June and have been wearing it daily since. Sometime last night while I was out and about, the bezel fell off and disappeared! I was staring at my watch wondering why it looked different....took me a few seconds to realize what happened. I'm still shocked that this happened....I didn't hit or bump the watch on anything and there isn't a scratch to be seen on the crystal or the case. For a watch that was NASA certified I'm absolutely stunned. Has anyone else seen this happen? Could this be a warranty claim or am I stuck buying a new bezel? Thanks for reading....any advice you can offer is much appreciated.
Will D500 bezels come in different colors?
Currently only black and brown as you know and as titled i mean ceramic.Anyone think we will get other colors?
