Sinn U200 B (EZM 8) Limited Edition Diver With Blue Dial
Sinn U200B on strapThere are two things about this watch that make it worth sharing. First off, the limited-edition galvanized matte blue dial. Normally sold in black, this version (ref EZM 8) is only available through December 31, 2013. Secondly, despite having a full 2000m (over a mile!) depth rating, the U200 is a svelte 37mm case.In what I think is a first for Sinn, it's sold with a matching blue and white NATO strap.Sinn U200B on NatoOne more of that combo:Sinn U200B on NatoNATOs aren't my favorite, but they're super popular and inexpensive, and an easy way to change your look. I do quite like that Sinn is getting a tiny bit bolder with color. This is a versatile and attractive look. The watch comes with both silicone and NATO along with tool to change them, and I can vouch that authorized dealers sell Sinn bracelets (around $400) if you want one.On the size, 37mm is usually labelled as "mid-size" for brands that make them, e.g. Omega Seamaster. Could not resist...
Went to buy the Jumbo 15202ST. As usual not available. Found this one, had it in mind since long but never seen it in flesh. It's a beauty, really no photos can do it justice. Could not resist and bought it. Tax free but no discount despite my 45 min haggling trials.Sorry for the poor quality photos.
Fun camo rubber strap for Diver? If so, which one?
Thinking of getting a camo rubber strap to have some upcoming summer fun with the Diver. Which color camo do you like best on this watch? Is this just a bad idea overall? Thanks for your input/comments.Here's my watch:The color options (with some snagged watch shots):GRAPHITE:RED:GREEN:BLUE:SNOW:ORANGE:Thoughts????
grey versus AD
Hi all,I'd appreciate any expertise and opinion. Given that I've never purchased or have a relationship with an AD, should I expect to pay full MSRP plus tax from an AD, or maybe just MSRP? I'm asking specifically for a popular piece like the BLNR, granted I can find one. Aside from the experience of purchasing brand new from an AD and focusing sheerly on cost, I'm trying to figure out at what price it'd be about the same if I bought from a BNIB from the grey market, even if it's marked up. Anything else I'm missing? Thanks.
AD availability- James Cameron and Bluesy
If anyone is interested, my AD has both and will ship.DM if interested.
