AP @ duty free shop discount?
Hey guys,(please dont tell me to buy a used as im not really a fan of buying used products, i want that NEW experience.. which i think is worth it)ive been eyeing the 15400 for a while now and really thinking about pulling the trigger sometime in january; i was just wondering should i expect a discount at an AP retailer at a duty free shop in seoul korea?i am looking at a brand new 15400 (not looking to buy a used one) and the asking price was $16800 which i thought was WAY expensive compared to my initial thought of about $14000~I thought this AP was a boutique but i found out there were no AP boutiques in Seoul Korea;i checked on the AP website and it is one of 5 or 6 RETAILERS of AP in seoul. Not sure on the differnce between retailer and boutique because this shop didnt have any other company brand name on it, it looked just like a AP boutiqueMy question is should i expect a discount? I havent asked yet as i was eye shopping but just want some experts opinions on this if a discoun

AP ROC - Questions...
...I tried on a blue dial AP ROC this weekend and I have to say it wore alot bigger then the normal AP RO (that I think is too small) so the AP ROC could be an option for me, sporty yet elegant...I also found a new model of dial (I think) and it is a masterpiece according to me...Not my pic...So the questions:1: I see variation of the size, some say 39mm and others say 40mm what is correct are there different sizes availible?2: Have the AP ROC been updated recently?3: Do you swim with your AP ROC (not scuba dive but normal swiming in pools and lakes etc...4 Is the braclet bigger/thicker on the AP ROC the the AP ROThe Panda that I like seem to be of much higher pre-loved prices, is it only because the dial is new or any other reasons?/Martin

Just saw this on Purist. This has me craving a basic ROO that looks like this. I LOVE the black ceramic bezel on the silver Ti case with this dial color and black bracelet, pushers, and crown. Is the RB2 as close as it gets to a more basic version of this? I would absolutely love the Trulli anthracite grey dial and white subdials on this on this case/bezel/bracelet combo!

PVC/DLC coating recommendations?
I have a friend who's looking to have a 116710 done in all matte black. Watch head and bracelet. I'm out of the loop on having watches coated, and done a few google searches and haven't come up with anything solid. Any recommendations and or pictures of finished products? I'd like to find a company with a long history and strong reputation, not a fly by night new start, as I think I'm gonna have this done for him for his birthday. With time as a consideration, what's the average turn around time on something like this? Thanks William.
