Citizen Calibre 3100 Watch: Perpetual Calendar With Eco-Drive
While an adoring fan of Citizen's Campanola line of watches, I must pay attention to the bread and butter of Citizen, which their more mainstream line of watches. During the last few years, they are been evolving the application of their Eco-Drive (light powered) movements by placing them into a classy watches suitable for everyday wear. Not everyone wants a sports watch to wear to formal events, and does not want to shell out thousands for a formal watch. Changing to RO to Rubber Strap.
Ok I have tried to find sources on what is needed. So I have a 15400 I would like to purchase and change to rubber and croc straps. So I would need the strap if self (obviously), then ROO connectors for the actual case, and then the buckle?

Black Dial Daytona 116520 Becoming More Valuable Than White Dial
Anybody noticed recently (I'm in the UK) how the black dial Daytona 116520 seems to have a higher asking price than the white dial? Watchfinder for example commanding ��1500 more for black dial. I'm led to believe this is because the DaytonaC preference is a white dial, therefore leaving the black dial preference in 116520.PS I have a white dial 116520

I will NEVER buy a Rolex.......
.....or so I thought. This is my first post to the forum as I just joined. I started collecting Omega watches about four years ago. I was always one to say I would never buy a Rolex. Rolex is worn by everyone. Rolex is too expensive. Rolex is overrated.So about a week ago I bought my first Rolex. For some reason I developed an infatuation with the submariner over the past six months. I was clearly wrong over the past four years about Rolex. It is impossible for me to overstate how much I love this 114060. I am big on NATO straps but this watch's bracelet is so comfortable I refuse to use a NATO for now.Long story short...... wow I am I impressed with this watch. There is clearly a reason why this is considered so iconic. I am not going to down the road of which watch I love the most, but the new submariner is really something. This will not be the last Rolex I buy.
