Confrrie Horlogre Presents The ImmenSEAty Watch Movement By Gabriel Salgado
I think that just posting the images of this special one-off watch probably says enough. What else can I say? An intensely decorated movement made to look like an underwater scene. Not just that, but the actually movement itself is made to look like the sea floor. Simply amazing. The best part is that this is not just some concept or a piece of art. This will be placed in a real working watch. But probably just one. This movement is called the ImmenSEAty (clever right) and was created by young watchmaker Gabriel Salgado de Arce. This watch was part of a project at the Confrerie Horlogere, which is a new arm of BNB Concept. I don't know a lot about this new part of BNB Concept. Their website is still new and wasn't totally live the last time I checked. It has something to do with young watchmakers, though the video below tells you more. The early output from the Confrerie Horlogere has been impressive though, but this ocean themed movement is my favorite. One of the most amazing aspe
Every day wearing AP
Hi,Love the AP forum. For me I'm interested in the RO. Can anyone comment please on the 15202, 15300 and 15400 as daily wearers. I have a nice 116610lv and I like the reliability and durability of rolex. I think the genta design is fab but is it impracticable for the everyday? I enjoy the watch that is with me as I garden or swim but is also ok for work. Looking forward to owners thoughts. I guess I'm really wanting to hear about robustness from owners. I'd have to have a bracelet and I readily acknowledge I know very little about ap so please feel free to inform me. I'm ready to learn. Thanks in advance. Steve.
New Teaser Up!
Omega just released a new animated teaser on their homepage and instagram. Their title is Here it is. Every piece of our newest watch. https://.instagram/omega/Looking to me, and most of us on OF, that we're seeing our first glimpses of the new Railmaster. Very fun teaser and I thought I would share it with other Omega fans here on TRF. Between the presumed releases of new Railmaster, Seamaster, and Speedy 60th anniversary this should be quite the year for Omega fans!
SpeedMaster Pro vs SpeedMaster Reduced
So im in the market for a speedmaster. I know many of you don't like the reduced. Here is my thought between the two.I want to wear them either on a nato or on a vintage leather strap.I personally like the reduced size and price as its about $1500 cheaper than the Pro. The only think its lacking imo is the case back with the first watch on the moon. I won't be wearing the watch to often just something to collect as well as to wear once and a while for a change up.Can anyone give me any pros and cons between the two.Thank youBrandon
My girl just alerted me to this.
Thought you guys might like reading this.Brad Pitt splashing the cash on a Patek for Angelina..digitalspy.co.uk/showbiz/...ing-watch.htmlThis also mentions how Brad was at Basel and met the Stern family which was very surprising for me. I know he has a Nautilus but didn't know he was that into it.
