About to make the Omega jump, Snoopy or Alaska
Does anyone know how many the Snoopy was limited to?I am really looking at getting my first Omega and have narrowed itdown to one of these.I am buying them to wear now to hide in a safe although I will likely keepthe bands new and wear it on leather or even a Nato.....

Has anybody downsized to 42mm?
My 44mm PAM 233 only comes out of the safe every couple of weeks. I had a 40mm PAM 48 for 8 years until my wife claimed it. For the past 6 years I've had a succession of 44mm Luminors (177->390->112->233). 233 is a great reference but now I'm not sure after all this time whether I'm burned out on the brand or just the size of the watch. Enter the 42mm Radiomir 1940 PAM 574. I like the look (aside from the green strap which I'd switch out immediately) & the thinner profile seems perfect. Spring bars on a PAM still seem odd to me, but unlike the little screws on the base models I can swap out the strap without scratching the lugs. I've never been a fan of the tan lume of the 512-- my 390 was a quick flip for that reason.I'll post a pic when I get a chance. Has anybody else downsized? DJ41 Versatility
I'm looking for something that sits in between dressy and daily beater that I can wear outside of work and in less formal environments. So, DJ41 appears a great choice. So question is how versatile would a smooth bezel & jubilee bracelet DJ41 be? I've tried it but I honestly can't decide. Black / Rhodium would be my choice. I'm not talking beach / gym wear. Nore like jeans / shorts / shirt type scenarios.

Why all the new Sub rumors this year?
I recall during the run up to Basel last year we had zero rumors about a new Sub. In fact, I specifically remember people saying we were probably at least 5 years or so away from a new Sub (based on some anniversary year). But this year, there quite a few new SUb rumors. i.e. new movement, slimmer lugs etc.I wonder why?
