Daytona is to Rolex...
Hi,Quick question your thoughts...SS Daytona is to Rolex...5711/5712 is to PP???? is to API'm basing it on the fact that the watches are highly sought after, somewhat exclusive, and demands a healthy premium in the grey market. Thanks!
It's back!
Greetings TRF,It is with a lot of pride and joy that I tell you that I got my vintage Audemars Piguet back from my watchmaker tonight. When I bought it I was very happy until I realized that it had a small problem......Indeed, with its dial on top the balance wheel would slow down and eventually stop, thus making the watch impossible to wear for a full day. 5167 spring bars
I had my 5167 strap adjusted at a PP boutique in London. The assistant there told me that the 5167 requires special spring bars in order that the rubber strap doesn't have a small gap between the strap and watch. Can anyone confirm is this is correct and where I could source some? Thanks.
Bye bye 104, Hello 312!!
Just traded up my 104J, which was my first luxury watch for this 312! I absolutely love this watch! Thank you to Oscar (bodybump) for all your help with the transaction, an amazing seller on this forum!
