Linde Werdelin SpidoLite SA Skeleton Dial
Launched in 2006 by Morten Linde and Jorn Werdelin, Linde Werdelin watches bring together Swiss watchmaking and innovative Danish design and technology. The company specializes in producing small watch series between 22 and 222 pieces for each model. For 2010 Linde Werdelin is launching a new series called SpidoLite, one version of which offers something special: a NOS (new, old stock) A. Schild caliber 1876 movement modified by renowned Danish watchmaker Svend Andersen.Andersen is a legend in watchmaking circles. In 1969 he was dubbed Watchmaker of the Impossible at the Montres & Bijou show for his clock in a bottle – essentially a large pocket watch movement with dial assembled inside a glass bottle with a narrow neck (the dial was made in strips linked together inside the bottle). Finally.....my first PP 5167
I'm really speechless about my new 5167. It's such a nice watch - so well executed, so comfortable and refined but so casual. Man, I don't know if I'll be wearing my AP RO again for a while. The dial texture is amazing. :)
