There are the antiques shows your grandparents go to, and then there is the Miami Antiques Show. Okay, who am I kidding, the Miami Antiques Show is the antiques show your grandparents go to. But, in spite of the overly air-conditioned, nothing-to-eat-but-Papa-John's environment, the Miami show makes for some of the best vintage watch spotting this side of Parma. As always, we made our annual trek down South and here are some the best pieces we saw, broken down by provider. How on earth would... someone use a press drill on a 15300 bracelet ?
Hi guys,Need your help here. Let's just say I am facing a situation I never imagined would occur in my entire life of WIS. The watch I am about to get is... having a drilled hole in the bracelet, on the portion where it is fixed and not a removable link. I was expecting small scratches at worst, some hairlines but a drilled bracelet...What do you guys think ? Do you think APSC will be able to fix that or I will end up buying a new bracelet ?

Womble Watch Works- Atlanta
When my 5 month old Speedy Pro started acting up Fr. John suggested I send it to Womble Watch Works in Atlanta for service. I sent my watch in mid-April and last week was notified that the watch was ready to be returned. Rather than have them ship it, I went in to pick it up as I only live about 90 miles away.I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady. When I asked if I could speak with Mr. Womble about my Speedy Pro she said, sure. In just a minute Mr. Womble appreared, held out his hand and said please call me Ashley. I was with Fr. John and when Ashley saw John they struck up a quick catch up as they have been friends for a long time.I asked Ashley what exactly was wrong with my Speedmaster. He said for us to come into his office and he would explain the problem using his service manual. When do AD's get their allotment?
So, I have placed a special order for a 5712 with an AD and I was told they sold one in February and that a few are coming in soon. My question is does PP ship out their allotments of 5711's, 12's etc. at the beginning and end of the year? Or is it sporadic?
