Ball?is no stranger to creating watches tied to modes of transportation. They're most commonly associated with the railroads, as that's where the company got its start over a hundred years ago. What people may not be as familiar with are their ties to aerospace. Ball has been partnered with Brian Binnie (the pilot of Virgin Galactic's SpaceshipOne) for some time now, and have developed features to help watches withstand the shocks of rockets firing.The first development they added to their latest watch, the Engineer Hydrocarbon Spacemaster Orbital II, is the Amortiser. This is a ring around the movement to protect it from shocks, as well as providing magnetism resistance. This system also includes a switch on the case back which will lock the rotor in place, preventing it from spinning. Where Can I See a FC Grand Prix
I've been debating for weeks between a GP and Schumi Ti.I was able to see the beautiful MS last week, in person, for the first time - but i would really like to be able to also see a GP in the flesh.I happen to be going to Vegas next week - I'm sure there would probably not be any dealer with a GP but are there maybe pre-owned shops that have a large selection of AP's that might have one?Alternatively, I also live in the SF Bay area - if anyone happens to know good places to check in the area that I might be able to check one out.The GAS is killing me but Im wary of making a decision, only having seen one of the watches in question.thanks!

Chandigarh AD in India / Stock levels...
Visited the AD in Chandigarh earlier today.They had a total of 6 DJs in the display and 1 in the window! That’s it! The staff was embarrassed on what they had for sale.I was not able to understand their pricing. I could not work out how they add a premium to the retail price and by how much.I suspect once a reference comes in, they contact interested customers and the one who offers the most gets it?!
