Kering Acquires Ulysse Nardin
Kering, the luxury goods conglomerate formerly known as Pinault-Printemps-Redoute (PPR), has acquired 100 percent of Swiss luxury watch brand Ulysse Nardin, an independent brand that had long been the subject of takeover rumors.
