This week's Bring a Loupe will mark the exciting return of watch auctions, with some picks straight out of London, featuring a legendary Rolex chronograph. Let's not forget some great diving watches and chronographs, and, notably, a quartz Heuer that appeared in a James Bond movie, and a very funky Fortis chrono. Well I won't go into the finer details, but I've received a gift from a lady friend.. AP ROO 42mm Ref: 26470ST.OO.A028CR.01 Should be getting it this weekendAlready on the scrounge for a new strap as I'm not that keen on the current one and just trying to find out what strap makers are out there?Already looked at AP Bands, Gunny and a few others but nothing really catches my eye. Even though was bitten hard on the acquisition of my first AP - ROO RG 44mm a year backcourtesy of a sudden price drop. However till date no other brand has gotten me more intrigued.So here I am ready for next piece soon enough, which one would you go for. The first image isborrowed and from SIHH 2014 coverage.
