The Value Proposition: The Nomos Tangente, Setting New Standards For The Modern Watch
Some watches cost $36,440 and are worth every penny. Other watches, like the Nomos Tangente, cost $2,330 and make you wonder why more companies can’t (or won’t) produce models offering this much value. The Tangente is the type of watch that makes writing this column easy. A little too easy. At this price point, there’s no other modern brand that gets design, manufacturing, and quality consistently right – across a range of models, to boot. don't know where to post but..
here it goes..Input needed from fellow forumers. I'm thinking of getting back into the AP fold, through the 15400ST( still can't decide which coloured dial). But in order to do that, I would need to let go of a couple of watches from the current collection. As it stands, I have 2 PAM, 372 and 292, and a rolex GMTIIC in my small collection.I was thinking of letting go of the 292, and the GMTIIC for a direct trade, or a little top up from myself.what would you do? quantity over quality or vice versa?thanks
A Calatrava for my wife
I don't like the black strapI changed it into a grey strapBecause the watch is out of production, the AD gave me a nice discount.

I will present 2 watches .One is a SS watch with an outdated complication which is of no use to anyone at allThe second is a gold watch with a stunning automatic movementIf you should ask 99% of watch collectors, I would hazard a guess and say the mojority would value no 2 way above no1However as most of us here know no 1 ranks way above no2.Why??Who knowsThey are both just a beautiful- similar case and similar face
