Chronoswiss Launches 2010 Holiday Sweepstakes
Independent manufacturer Chronoswiss has announced the 2010 edition of its Holiday Sweepstakes in the United States. The contest runs November 15 through December 31, 2010, with a chance to win one of the brand new models from the Chronoswiss Sirius line of watches that was just released for sale in the United States. Chronoswiss traditionally uses the holiday season to give back to its loyal followers. “We are looking back on a tremendously successful 2010” said Hartmut Kraft, President of Chronoswiss of North America. “That is why we want to share one of our watches with the lucky winner of this Holiday Sweepstakes.” The winner will receive the stainless steel Sirius Ref. CH 1023, valued at $4,900 (pictured below). This watch features a hand-wound manufacture movement Cal. 15400 vs 26320 vs GMT Master (!)
Hi All,Long time without posting......I was on here a few months back and sold a blue dial 15300 to make way for a Rolex GMT Master. Yes a strange trade you might say.....long story short I needed to free up as much cash as possible for a major home renovation that went majorly over budget, and as such my Panerai (rarely wore it) got sold and I swapped the 15300 for a GMT Master and cash.Anyway the house is now finished, so I am thinking it is time to trade back up.I have a 116710LN and it is my only watch kind of - just this week I have also picked up a BLNR at list which I don't think I intend to keep.Current thinking is either; Flip the BLNR for profit, keep the 116710 and save up for an AP which I can wear in rotationORFlip the BLNR, sell the 116710 and buy an AP as an only watchThe latter is the way I am swaying, as I learnt last time round when you have a stainless AP there isn't an occasion it doesn't suit :) and whatever else you have rarely gets worn!I do like the 15400, but t

116519LN White gold Daytona bracelet question
I love the white gold silver dial but not the Oysterflex bracelet. I am getting bored of waiting for my ss Daytona (and I think it will be a looooooong wait!) and will not pay the Grey premiumAs there is no option for a white gold bracelet my question is:Has anybody fitted a fully brushed SS Oyster bracelet to this white gold watch - or is the colour variation not good?
Here it is!
OK...sorry about the other thread with no pic. If you didn't see it or know what I'm talking about, it's probably just as well. Steve, you were right, my brother. You know me too well! Merry Christmas to all my TRF family!
