A. Lange & S?hne Langematik Perpetual Watch In White Gold
"The A. Lange & S?hne Langematik Perpetual?was created for people who expect technical progress to make life more convenient" C this is the first thing that the German high-end watch manufacturer?has to say about their latest model. Sure, if?there ever was a typical Lange consumer in our minds, that is a person with pragmatic thinking and an appreciation for more refined things in life. But even?he or she knows that expecting technical progress from a device that has been?obsolete for the better part of 40 years is a bit backwards C and yet, it is possible in the amusing world of high-end watchmaking. Ultimately, Lange delivers on its claims by making the A. Lange & S?hne Langematik Perpetual an extremely refined, thin, and yet highly functional perpetual calendar watch with some notable unique features C offering us a lot to do discuss here, so let's begin with a few words about the?base model. The A. Lange & S?hne Langematik Perpetual was the world's first watch with an aut
What next?
Hi all,I have been very fortunate to get good advice and suggestions from all the experts of this great forum. My watch collection currently consists of BLNR, Speedy, Sub-C and latest addition Ti44 which was my first AP. I have found myself wearing the Ti44 all the time and really love this watch. It is comfortable and accuracy is spot on.I have set a certain limit for my collection and I am considering the following options (I am not considering ROs or Pateks at the moment):1) Trade my Ti44 for Ti Schumi and be done with it (only 1 AP+current watches)2) Keep the Ti44 and add an AP Diver for variety (15710ST), possibly adding RO (15400st) later on3) Keep the Ti44 and add another 44 novelty (new ceramic, FC or 26401ro; which one?)As the Ti44 and Ti Schumi are a bit similar (at least from a distance), I am wondering whether it is worth of spending such a premium. Going rate of Schumi is > 50k EUR at the moment. Also my Ti has a 5 year warranty which is not the case with Schumi. On the
Olympus Instruction Manual
Does anyone know where I could get an on-line version of the Olympus User Manual? I have the manual at home, but I would like to have a pdf so I can access the setting instructions when I am away from home, like now, when I'm at the office.
Aquanaut for small wristers
Hi all,Have always set my eye on a 5711 as my ultimate grail, but with the onslaught of new Aquanaut owners I must say my interest is being piqued.. Whatever with the almost unanimous consensus that it is the most comfortable daily wearer around..For me fit is key (which is why I have been disappointed with many previous targets like the AP Jumbo), especially with my chicken sized 6.0 inch wrist..Can I get feedback from Aquanaut owners with similarly small wrists? How is the fit, comfort and wearability? Is there any gap between the rubber strap and the wrist, like there is between straps for AP watches?Would really appreciate pictures as well!! Have tried it on at the AD but unfortunately as they cannot cut the strap, I have no idea how it is when appropriately sized..Appreciate that the Nautilus is universally lauded as being more iconic, but if the Aquanaut offers much greater comfort, that might just swing me towards it..Thanks all!!
