My Final 4 - again & again
Hi All, My final 4 has been a journey that I have shared to some extent. Current and very happy list is PP 5960, 5712, 5711, 5124. Yes blue is my colour...So what brings me to write is to put out the following - I am not asking to debate the merit of having both 5711 and 5712, I love both although preference is 5712, I have the opportunity to trade the 5711 for 5164 plus a bit, so wondering whether this will get more wear and round out the collection better, or whether 5711 remains the ultimate investment piece. Patek increase to be 14% ...
A little birdy told me today that the Patek increase is looking to be 14% (at least in Canada)... Anyone have any confirmation of this? Looks like at least the Aquanaut/Naut etc will be affected...If this is the case, I'm happy that I bought mine when I did!

Hawaii trip and watches
Been away from the forums for a bit to get unplugged (if there is such a thing) for a family vacation to Hawaii. Truly enjoyed Hawaii and got to visit Oahu and Maui. Truly beautiful place with stunning scenery everywhere and amazing beaches, which kept me away from the internet for the most part, but of course I had to try and check out some watches while I was there Very happy that I was able to check out some models that aren't available where I live, and the places I visited was more than friendly.So I thought I'd share some of my photos and hope you enjoy. Majority of content is Patek so decided to post it in this sub-forum, but mods, please feel free to move the thread if there is somewhere more appropriate.I was jet lagged when I arrived so what better way to start off the trip than to head out to the beach at dawn?I decided to go with my trusty G-Shock for this trip and it definitely survived everything I threw at it We hiked up Diamond Head and was rewarded with a great view
