Introducing: The Radiomir 1940 Automatic In 42 MM, And Three Other New Releases From Panerai
Panerai came storming out of the gates at Watches & Wonders 2015 in Hong Kong. Not only did it release a long awaited piece in a slimmer, more constrained size while upgrading its hardware, but it also upgraded a few other models in its Radiomir lineup – be they simple timekeeping pieces or haute complications. The Radiomir 1940 3 Days Automatic C 42 MM (PAM 620) This watch has been anticipated for some time. In a sense, it may even have been overdue given the seemingly simple combination of precursory features that consumers had petitioned for after seeing them individually scattered among other releases. We saw a great 1940 Radiomir in the PAM00512 back in 2013, which measured 42 mm and sported the in-house manual P.999 with 60-hour reserve.Last year, when the 1940 went automatic, the size went up to 45 mm – and when the price decreased to [a negotiable] four figures, the diameter didn't follow. Avenger Seawolf surprise after work
I went with a friend to a Breitling shop and found myself getting out of the shop with an Avenger Seawolf I challenged the salesman to give me 30% so he picked up the phone and called the boss who accepted in any case I had it in my wish list for later but with the extra discount I just couldn't resist. According to him no one can get 30 % from an AD , is this correct???? Anyways i am happy with it Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Explorer 2 stopped working!?
Dear friends I would like your suggestion pl. My explorer 2 which I bought in Dec 2015 from iconic watches, Blackburn,UK stopped working suddenly today. I tried winding it completely but still not working. There was no fall or bang on the watch what I could recollect. I am really worried. The watch is still under warranty period (5 years). I am the 2nd owner of this watch though all the stickers were intact when I purchased the watch. It has Portugal dealer stamp on it. I have all the warranty card and box. How do I go about pl? Should I contact iconic watches? Or Rolex UK? I value your suggestions and guidance. Thank you. Kind regardsSent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
Recent Addition (5-digit content)...
I've had my 116710LN for a little over 7 years now and had always wanted to add a Polar 216570 to my collection. I am supposed to pick it up tomorrow from my fave AD. However, during the 3-week wait I started going back to look at 5-digit references, specifically the 16600, which I had always had a thing for as well. Prices have been creeping up for a while now, yet I had hesitated to pull the trigger.I finally found an M series 16600, that looked to almost be NOS w/ all papers, accessories, etc for a decent price. Well, it arrived today and I am thrilled. I was worried it may be top heavy as many people have complained about, but honestly, it is one of the most comfortable watches I own and of similar size to my Marathon GSAR. I thought the Polar 216570 would be my daily wearer, but now I don't know...the 16600 just melts into my arm, if that makes sense. Anyways, just wanted to share my excitement...now I'm looking at 16570s, which I know is dumb with a 216570 waiting on me.
