Audemars Piguet Millenary Minute Repeater Watch
For 2011 one of Audemars Piguet's exotic complication pieces will be this Millenary Minute Repeater watch. I was told by Audemars Piguet that their Millenary line is undergoing an overhaul. Looks like 2011 will not be the year we see new Millenary cases and style, but we will see this sophisticated Minute Repeater with another interesting balance wheel and escapement device.The terminology throws me off a bit. There are terms like "AP Exhaust Pulse Direct." Not sure what that is, but it sounds like something from a race car, not timepiece. Previous to this new movement, Audemars Piguet showed off its AP Escapement. That escapement was really fast, to allow for greater accuracy. The AP Escapement was one that they developed to run at something like 72,000 bpm (amazing). Here in the Millenary Minute Repeater, the movement has slower 21,600 bpm movement, but AP uses one of those trendy new "double balance spring." Christopher Ward Trident C60 GMT 600 38mm Review
Not too long ago, we announced that Christopher Ward had totally overhauled their Trident C60 line. A line that has been a staple of their collection; their go to diver. What they released was pretty exciting too, at least on paper. Multiple new versions, many colors, quartz, mechanical, etc… All but the quartz now boasting 600m water resistance and ceramic bezels, two features that make them contend with much higher priced options. And, just because they can, they capped the collection off with a limited edition 5-day automatic version, using their in-house SH21 movement.Naturally, we had to review one, and this gave us the opportunity to look at a different version from the original 42mm we reviewed some time ago. So I finally tried this amazing watch on last night at my AD, what an amazing dial! it really pops....only problem was the size, I have a very small wrist and there was too much space on both sides of the lug; when compared to a daytona, the top and bottom of the watch extended more above my wrist....I also tried a ROO with RC and it fit pretty well, I would say it looked and felt like a better fit even-though it's still too big for my taste as I'm looking for something I can wear with dress shirts on a daily basis.I was wondering how the 15300 compares as far as lug to lug size goes from the top and bottom where the bracelet joins.Does 15300 have the same silver/white dial? in the pics it seems it's just white? Thanks in advance!

Anyone here bought a Patek they never saw in real life?
Just a simple question. I'm hesitant as I recall I loved the way a Rolex 16570 white looked on the forums. I was in love. Went to AD with cash in my pocket, tried it on and blah. Didn't work for me at the time.So, I'm just curious how many, if any, had bought a Patek without seeing it on your wrist first.
