Casio G-Shock GW9400 Rangeman Watch
Casio has announced a new addition to their Master of G collection, the GW9400 Rangeman. Essentially a step up from a Mudman or GW9200 Riseman, the Rangeman employs a similar case design but incorporates most of the features normally associated with the Pro Trek series. This is a rather important new watch as the Riseman has been a very popular G-Shock model for the last few years. The Rangeman sports Casio's Triple Sensor, which provides altimeter, barometer, and compass data among a host of additional features. The GW9400 Rangeman makes a serious case for itself as a more versatile Pro Trek alternative.Ariel's video review, December 2, 2013:Casio says the GW9400 Rangeman is inspired by the needs of professional soldiers and adventurers and with its pronounced (easy to push) buttons, 200m water resistance and laundry list of features - we're inclined to agree. Alongside the digital compass, altimeter (with display resolution to 1 meter), and barometer, the GW9400 also boasts a thermom

Explorer 214270- a few questions...
I had the short hand model and it didn't last long here. I never fully connected with it. I am interested in the revised, long hand, blue luminescent hour numeral model. I understand these, and many steel Rolex watches are not so easy to find. I have a local Rolex dealer, AD, who has one. Is finding one indeed somewhat difficult these days? And, is the new model more charming than the one it replaced? Is it a fabulous watch? Any opinions on it are appreciated. Thank you!
INCOMING thanks to DavidSW
My exciting news I wanted to share with TRF. After much internal and external deliberation I decided on my 3rd (!) watch. A Yachtmaster 116622 blue dial bought new from DavidSW. It joins its siblings: SubC 11610LN (AD purchase) and a Explorer II 16570 (my first DavidSW purchase). Two things...1. Both my DavidSW purchases went smoothly without any drama or complications. For this recent purchase, I had the watch in my hands in less than 24 hours after wiring him the money. Watch is exactly what it was advertised to be and he even set the time and date for me!2. Anyone see a watch my small humble collection can use/is missing? Rolex, of course. I am open to a 4th watch if funds allow by the end of the year.
