Is this 15400 too big for me?
I'm a huge fan of the 15202 but unfortunately I suffer from 6.3 wrists (16cm) :( however I wasn't going to let that stop me from trying it on at least. So off I went to the AD but was disappointed to hear that they didn't carry the jumbo. They did have a 15400 and I thought I'd just humour myself and I tried it on. Much to my surprise, the lugs and extended/integrated links did not hang over at all and it fit snugly around my wrist. The bracelet was too long but that was completely expected; I just pinched it back with my other hand.Anyway here are the pics. I was looking for your opinions on whether it looks too big for me overall. I'd appreciate any input and especially your candour. Thanks!I look forward to trying on a 15202 some point in the near future, which I suspect should suit my size a little better.Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Incoming....first Patek
Happy New Year's everyone--I apologize for the length of this one. After much deliberation and debate I'm happy to announce that I am the proud owner of a new Patek Philippe 5711. Fortunately here in Hong Kong they are quite easy to source so once my mind was made up it only took a few hours to locate. Special thanks to Soly (Soly20) and Dan (dddrees) for their words of enabling wisdom , as well as the beautiful pics posted by HL65, Kilyung, martinr (though I think he may have sold his), and CWIN to name a few Also, this wouldn't be possible without Jorge's (JorgeCCW) less is more philosophy that I applied in funding this purchase. You may not agree with the 5711 but I definitely feel good about letting go of some of the others and adding a keeper. Thanks, Jorge! I wanted to highlight one brilliant thing about the Nautilus that I haven't heard mentionedthe chameleon effect this watch has where it picks up/reflects the colors that it is surrounded by (i.e. the shirt you are wearing
Incoming - rare in the UK ???
Well Christmas is cancelled !! Had the call, total wrong time and earlier than I wanted but my 50th birthday present has tipped up 10 months early but could I turn it down ?? Not when the other half saw it and declared it gorgeous. I didn't think that there would be any deliveries before Christmas from Rolex but it's fresh of the truck today. May I introduce my new SD43 or if you prefer the 50th anniv Sea Dweller. It may look like the town hall clock on the wrist but they are my other half wrists as you guys have now got as close to it as I have. Deposit paid and I don't get to see it until Saturday when I go in and collect it in person !! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
