First Panerai 111 or 312?
I'm really torn between which way to go here.I have tried on the 111 and found it fit really well but have never worn a 312. I'm heading in to try one on in the next few days and I'm sure that will make the decision easier. My main question is concerning the movement. Has anyone had any issues with the 312 or prefer one over the other? I'm not as worried about being auto or not. More about the performance/durability.I appreciate any thoughts.
How do you explain your Pam?
The only other watches I have are Rolex Subs...easily explainable...The PAM, I am new to. Someone will say Wow, that is a beautiful watch! What is it?I respond with...This is a Luminor Panerai 000 Logo....I feel like I need to help them understand what this amazing timepiece is...What is your go to explanation?
Order Rolex at AD - Gift Certificate Question

They don't have the watch in stock, so they asked me to buy a gift certificate by swiping my credit card and they told me I will get my watch as soon as they get one. They guaranteed that I can get my money back if I am not satisfied with the purchase. Now I got a receipt from them and I have a few questions.1. I already paid a lot of money by credit card with only a receipt stating gift certificate, so is it possible that they can take my money without giving me watch? 2. I paid MSRP for that watch and forgot to negotiate the price, is it possible to negotiate the price for the batman? Do you guys think if I should ask other ADs?3. My credit card has some benefits like lost protection and extended warranty. Do I need to ask them to cancel the previous charge and swipe for the actual watch to get these benefits?Thank you very much for the help! This will be my fir
