Stolen AP - please be on the lookout
Hello AP members, I am saddened to have make this post.During my visit to Barcelona Spain, I was physically assaulted by two men who robbed me of my treasured AP Bartorelli on July 11, 2017.I am told that usually it's a pickpoket crime and one doesn't even know until back at the hotel, everyone, including the police, were surprised by the physical attack. It could have ended much worse had they used weapons.There is a police report, the watch details have been shared on many other watch sites, with watch dealers, reported to a 'stolen watch database', and AP has been notified.I just kindly ask to be on the look out for this watch. It is rare and if/when it surfaces it should be easy to spot.It's an Audemars Piguet Bartorelli ROO Scuba 125th Anniversary. This timepiece has a PVD case and bronze bezel. There are only 50 of these out there and this is numbered #36/50. Thank you for listening and PLEASE be careful out there!!!!!

Where can I buy a non A/C dial for my 2254.50?
They used to be on Otto Frei but I can't find them on his site anymore. Does anyone else know where I can pick one up?Thanks!Chris

Rolex date just II w/blue Arabic numerals
Does anyone know why the date just II with blue Arabic numerals has blue lume on the numbers and green lume on the hands.I realize it is two different types of lume, but why? Why not one lume for both?Thanks

What to add to my collection?
Hi there, Collection is a little over stated, but we all start with just a few I have:1. SUBc Date Black2. GMT BLNR3. SUB LVcAny suggestions what would be a good addition to these? I haven't looked into DJs. I've always liked the Explorer I and II though. The I is very classy and versatile, maybe too boring? And another black dial. The Ex II Polar seems cool but not sure if I like the 42mm case, looks kinda bloated. The previous model (40mm) also cool, even in black but I'm so used to the solidness and feel of the newer references, I'm afraid it would feel flimsy in comparison.Any advice is welcome and appreciated, thanks!

Missing your Rolex certification papers?
If you own a Rolex Submariner Serial # 2132T5F4 Style114060 - let me know . I have the original papers for it - maybe we can work something out.!!I know that no one on this forum would steal a watch. But I have a situation. My son owned a Rolex Submariner style 114060 serial 2132T5F4 bracelet 97200 dial black index. My son died in November 2015, and his watch was stolen the night he died. I am pretty sure I know who took it - but the only proof of him ever owning it is the ORIGINAL ROLEX CERTIFICATION PAPERS THAT HE HAD AT THE TIME HE BOUGHT THE WATCH...WHICH ARE NOW IN MY POSSESSION. Please - if you have this watch - or will check with your friends - I am NOT after you - in fact - I would love to see your set complete with papers. If I could just trace it to the person who stole it in the first place...I can handle it from there. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME. My son's name was Brandon McGinnis - maybe some of you here even knew him. I thank you all for any help you can provide! b
