Cool Jan!!
hi guysAs we're getting more 5167 owners among us I thought it would be useful with a few snaps showing how easy it is to resize the strap - no need to get an AD to do this for youhere's what you need5167 - no need to remove the strap from the headScissors - must be very sharp to get an even cut between the slotsSpringbar toolpicture of the toolssteps1. remove buckle from the strap ends2. cut one slot from each side3. fit buckle back on - this I found important as it gives a good indication of how many slots need to be cut off. if you're sure about the fit you can of course cut off more than one but better to play it safe*4. repeat step two and three until you get a fit where you can stick a couple of fingers between the buckle and your wrist*. Got my 5164 today. Mixed feelings.
Hey guys, as some of you know I upgraded my 5167 for a 5164. I bought preowned from a known seller. Got the watch today and after inspecting it thoroughly I noticed the lume on some of the numbers is darker. I immediately called the seller to let him know. He said he himself didn't notice but it didn't look that bad bla bla (he sourced it from a third party) then he said that after looking at the photos he sent me, the lume on some numerals do look off, but it was shown in the pictures and I should've noticed. When I saw the photos it wasn't clear, it could be bad lighting or whatever, never thought the lume would be messed up. So after speaking with him for a while he said he couldn't take it back because he had sourced it from a third party etc etc he offered to give me a small refund for the defect and that's about it. As you can probably guess I love the watch but hate the way the lume looks. I'm super anal about this stuff. Is it normal for a watch with a few years to have the lu
441 or 505?
I currently have a Pam 311 and looking for another watch but can't decide between Pam 441 and Pam 505. Any thoughts, suggestions? Thx.
Deepsea problem ..ideas?
Hello everyone I have owned my Deepsea about 8 years and wear intermittently it's never missed a beat. However it stopped last night. I just looked and I observed the second hand move ANTI clockwise for a few seconds then stopped again. Ideas please. Thanks SSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
