Do all APs wind the same?
Ok...dumb question I know.Watches with the 3120 movement are set by turning the crown counter clockwise...I.e. opposite to most modern day men's Rolex but wound clockwise...Takes a bit of getting used to.Is the setting / winding convention the same for other AP movements?
Incoming! A True Stunner!
Some of you might know ... I recently bought a YM II but could not connect with it. The thoughts of my gone FC 26400 lingered ... so ....Unfortunately, this meant letting go of my beloved DSSD as well, but what can you do.Extra word for DavidSW! What a ride during these last couple of years, but worth it. Could not have done it without you my friend. You are a dangerous man! You make it so easy!! Thank you!
Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 2007 Mfg.
Gentlemen:Although new to this forum I am not new to watch collecting.I have recently picked up a PO from 2007. I noticed that it does not have the little round logo on the case back, next to Ocean. Did some search on the Internet and noticed a few others from 2007 that are similar in this respect. Can you offer any insight as to why some have it and others do not?T.I.A.
Need help with my Omega planet ocean bracelet.
I need help removing a link. Please excuse my ignorance, I am new to Omega watches and used to screws, or avoiding the problem all around with straps. I'd like to remove a couple links, how can I do this and what do I need to do this effectively without scratching or clunking anything. Thanks
One last try, suggestions
Ok I use to own a pam 104 and got rid of it for a ss daytona. Earlier this year I purchased a 233 dot dial and traded it for a ap roc. For so e reason I can't not keep a panerai on my wrist for more than a year.My problem is when I get rid of a panerai the itch comes back. I was thinking maybe a 1950 submersible or a bronzo. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Or get a base panerai.
