RO 15451ST Opinions Needed
Gents I get the sense that most of you arent fond of diamond bezels. Generally, I share the sentiment, however, this particular RO15451 has caught my eye. I know others have contributed to my previous questions about this watch, however, id like a wider opinion on the following:1. New Addition, and new shoes
Hello Everyone!It has been a while since I last posted on this forum, but recently I found a good reason to do so: I bought another Royal Oak from DavidSW. This time it was an Offshore, Navy. What can I say, an AMAZING transaction as always, and a spectacular piece!And, having APSC so close to where I live, it just made it so much easier for me to almost immediately get new shoes for my new ROO. BTW, Ms, Lindsay Peterson (After Sales) and Kevin (Watchmaker), at APSC, were incredibly welcoming / friendly / professional. They helped me with the parts department in sourcing the the navy blue hornback strap. It is always a treat to stop by their offices! As much as like the rubber strap, the blue hornback looks just at home on my RO; at least to me. Below, please find some pics. I really like this combo. Thanks!
Crazy year of Snake (2013), welcome Year of the Horse(2014)
It has been a crazy year for me as I bought my entire APs in a year! My previous watches were the Rolex seen, I suddenly turn crazy on APs, and couldn't stop hunting and buying APs.. These 4 will be my selection for these few days! Lolxx.. 2 questions about Breitling
I have searched extensively and cannot find the answers to these questions...1. Does the current Airwolf have the jet engine dial or does it have the B1 style, vertical grooves running through the 3 and the 9? The web site shows the vertical grooves, but all the other pics i can find it has a 'suburst' style dial. If anyone has pics that would be great, because I am quite interested in this model.2. Does Breitling make the tourbillion movement in their Bentley tourbillion watch? Or is it outsourced? If so, who makes it?Thanks!
Omega service centers
I was wondering what service center on the West coast do people send their watches? In reviewing the thread above it lists Walter Gooden, Inc in Los Angeles, but they are no longer listed as a service center on Omega's website. I have a Seamaster that needs servicing. Or should I take it to my local Omega store and have them send it in? Thanks for the help.
