A. Lange & Sohne Watches At SIHH 2009 Video
Really not a lot to add to this video in terms of stuff to say. The merits are there for your eyes. You have the very friendly Arnd at A. Lange & Sohne wearing TheTimeTV's signature little microphone talking about the new Richard Lange "Pour le Merite" and new 1815 watch line that was officially released at SIHH in January a couple months back. These videos do the new watch line justice, and it is interesting to get a glimpse at the set up's that brands display at SIHH (always impressive). You can see a little bit of the super-sized Lange 1 made clock sized at the display. Another cool feature is the supersized exploded model of the new 1815 watch's movement. Have An Online Watch Store? Increase Traffic And Sales With An eBay Technique
Consider this free SEO (search engine optimization) and business advice, but I just want to see more businesses doing wise things like this to increase customer attention. If you sell anything online, especially watches, you are in an highly competitive market and at least 50% of the battle is just getting people to your website in the first place. This is one method that I believe will be particularly effective in not only getting people to recognize and visit your site more often, but also help you increase sales. This method uses your best friend, and likely competitor, eBay. Why not leverage the traffic power of the a website consistently listed in the world's top 10 most visited websites? eBay's traffic is a serious force to be reckoned with. I will guarantee you that most serious watch buyers will at least check eBay once before making a purchase. There are also that countless number of "causal consumers" not specifically looking to purchase something, but receptive to a good deal
First AP - Deciding Between AD and TRF Dealer
Hi everyone, I'm looking into buying from my first AP - a 15400. I have a few other watches (Rolex, Panerai, Ulysse Nardin, etc), but this will definitely be my biggest purchase.I'm curious to learn more about going with a TFF dealer who typically offer the 2+1 year warranty versus the AP Boutique's 5-year warranty. The boutique told me that 5-year warranty covers the first service, which typically runs around $1300. Is that service really necessary within the first 5 years? Rolex recommends the first service after 10 years.Anything else I should be aware of? Is adjusting the bracelet myself relatively simple? There are only two ADs near me. Once has terrible customer service so I won't even bother going there, and the other will be bummed I didn't buy from them, so I'd rather do it myself if I don't go through the boutique.
Had invite from AP
To visit AP manufacture and museum just waiting to hear back from AD on details. I would be interested to hear if any of you guys had been and what your experiences were
Incoming 5140p
I finally found a Like New example of the 5140p-001 (blue dial). I looked for one for about 7 months, and I recently saw a very imperfect example in person. I passed. Having never bought a pre-loved watch before, I needed it as close to perfect as possible. I found it. This must have sat in a safe for most of its life. I am over the moon. I feel very fortunate. I've wanted a platinum Patek and I love the 240 movement. I am done...for a long time! Thanks for looking!
