Introducing: The New Omega Speedmaster Moonphase Master Chronometer Chronograph For Baselworld 2016
The pre-Baselworld releases have started to roll in and today we bring you the upcoming new addition to the Omega Speedmaster Collection – the Speedmaster Chronograph Moonphase Master Chronometer. The watch was first announced in January and we're taking a look at it for the first time here at HODINKEE. 1 OF 2 The new 44 mm stainless-steel Speedmaster Moonphase features a blue dial with a moon-phase aperture at 6 o’clock, and is further set with 12-hour register and date sub-dials at 3 and 9 o'clock, respectively. This new Speedy also has a brand new in-house movement, the caliber 9904, which is made of 368 components and builds on the earlier 9300 series. The moon phase is both a Master Co-Axial and Chronometer and therefore is certified as a Master Chronometer. 14060 bezel insert - fat four?
First time poster who's spent way too long in these forums already :)I've been looking into procuring a 14060 (not a 14060M) and I'm trying to figure out if the original bezel insert would have had a fat four font or the skinny four on the number 40.I've seen both fonts on the 14060s and can't figure out if it's because I'm seeing serviced / replaced bezel inserts or if Rolex just released both variants for the 14060s. It seems important for the anniversary sub, but I have yet to see a write up on just normal 14060s. Anyone able to shed any light?

The 50th anv. diver gang
We're fortunate we're alive right at the 50th anv. for many of the diver watches. So here's my 50th anv. diver collection so far:- Rolex 50th Anv. Submariner (2005 F-serial)- Rolex 50th Anv. Red Sea Dweller- Seiko 50th Anv. Gold Tuna Emperior- Doxa 50th Anv Limited Ed. Sub300I'm a big fan of the Omega Seamaster too but I can't pinpoint what's would be their 50th anv Seamaster.
