Introducing The Montblanc Heritage Chronometrie Quantieme Annual Calendar Vasco da Gama
With the introduction of the Heritage Chronométrie Quantième Annuel Vasco da Gama, Montblanc makes a fine push into the small, but growing, segment of the industry for relatively affordable complicated timepieces. (They also score big points for having an epic product name – the collection is inspired by Vasco de Gama, the first European to reach India by sea.)This 40 mm wristwatch – available in both steel and gold, pictured here – is modern without being cold, with a dial that balances three sub-dials for the annual calendar and a separate moonphase with elegant ease.At a list price of EUR 11,100 in 18k red gold, you would be hard-pressed to find a greater value proposition for a similarly complicated precious metal wristwatch in this price category. (For example, JLC's Master Calendar in pink gold will cost you well over the twenty-thousand-dollar mark.) 2 OF 3 The movement is partially visible behind a sapphire crystal case back featu
First Patek help - 5119r vs 5167
Hi allLooking to add my first Patek for my 30th birthday. Both these pieces are great. Aquanaut seems more versatile, Calatrava seems more special. Tough decision, any pointers please?CheersAnujSent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Too bad it was already spoken for ... one can only hope
Has Rolex ever introduced a part 'post production' which improves a watch?
Would Rolex ever consider producing a set of hands for the Daytona which are easier to read (ie. easier to read than fat hands), that could be fitted by an A.D.?
So...
Having come to the realisation SS Daytonas are hyper inflated on the pre owned market and not being in a financial situation at this moment in time to take a hit if the prices go south, im on the hunt for another SS model Rolex. I like a YM1 but lookwise theyre not far off a Sub imo which I already own. Same goes for SD and GMT. EXP 2 is slightly too big for my wrist. Previously owned an AK they dont do much for me. Think i might have to join the Milgauss club. What would be wise financially to spend on a pre owned Milly? 3.5k? Not too fussed about B+P. Will i take a big loss when it comes to resale? Reguardless i love the watch.
