An indicator of power-reserve in the 03 adds balance to the image. Hours, minutes, and the reserve of power are displayed directly on the main plate, which serves as the dial. Shows readability is enhanced by its Grand spiral (or snailed) black finish or rhodium, which makes the indicators literally glow, while alternating polished finish and brushed satin that adorn the 43 mm steel case showcases her figure to perfection. A case of Sapphire Crystal return reveals the refinement of the mechanical movement ML156, decorated with Grand spiral in the tradition of the most beautiful of Swiss watchmaking.
My Custom Breitling Bentley. What Do You Think?
hey guys,I just wanted to pop in and share some photo's with you guys and see what everyone thinks?I had this 5.2 carat bezel made for my breitling bentley 6.75the thing that is so cool about this bezel is I had it made to function and look like the factory bezel. This bezel still spins the inner bezel.. it fully functions and has the same notches on the out side like the original.. As most aftermarket bezels are presure fitted. this one is attached to the watch by 4 screws just like the original bezel. The only question I had for you guys if anyone know this i hope? This bezel was die struck not cast.. which is a better way to make bezels is by die struck so i'm told.My question is, I was told due to stainless steel being to hard to work with to make a bezel that functions like this one, they made it out of plad and mixed alloys like polladium silver nickel and a little stainless steel. I have never heard of anything like that before. I guess they just needed a softer metal to work wit
Deal on an Omega?
I am no expert on Omegas but this seems like a really good deal. It's not mine by the way. Had I not had a major expense in the last week I would have bought it..6speedonline/forums/s...d.php?t=132738Best Regards,Thomas Carey
Fourth on the List
Hello all! Hoping for a bit of insight from some of the more experienced TRFers. I called around a few AD's as soon as they opened on Wednesday morning in what I thought would be a futile attempt to get on a list for the new SS gmt pepsi. Most told me that they could take my name and phone number, but could not commit to anything further. However, one AD said they needed to talk to the manager and would call me back. No more than 20 mins later I got a call from them saying that I am now #4 on the list. Understandably, they could not give me a time frame. My question to you all is simply this: what does that really mean? Fourth sounds pretty high up there to me, but I have to assume that all of their big time customers would get priority. So could #4 on the list still mean a 1-2 year wait or more? For further context, I live in LA and have never purchased from this dealer before. In fact, I'm quite new to Rolex, and up to this point have only dealt with trusted sellers here.Who k
