Mido Commander II & Great Wall Watches
Mido is one of Swatch Group's smaller brands that you rarely hear about. If you do, you know that like Tissot or (not available in the US) Certina, Mido offers some decent looking pieces at pretty reasonable prices (for a Swiss mechanical watch). As one of the underdog brands, sources say that the Swatch Group just isn't quite sure what to do with them. Sounds like Mido just needs the right type of person in charge. Help - i ripped out the crown on my 210
Oh no, i wanted to set the time on my Rad 210 and pulled out the crown, like usual ... But it came out and I was holding the whole thing with stem in my hand ... I did put it back, screwed it closed then opened it again ... I could set the time and wind the watch ... It did not come out a second time after i put it back in ... Also i had to pull it again in order to set the time ...What now?It keeps the time, it ticks as normal ...How is the stem fitted usually?Thanks in advance for your comments.

There are tons of Datejusts, Oyster Perpetuals and Explorers available. I visited some dealers on Friday and tried on a number of these models. I also got on a list for the White OP being released in September. Meanwhile, I overheard a salesman quote a 7 year waiting list for a Submariner to a customer and his so .I'm very new to the world of Rolex watches, but 1) Why are Submariner and GMT in so much demand relative to DJ, OP?2) Do DJ and OP models have poor resale value?

I've already got two Submariners although the dial colours are different. I'm considering flipping the 5167R for a Rolex 116619LB plus ��2500 cash.Do you think this would be a good deal financially?Would the blue dialled white gold Submariner be a good addition to my existing collection?I appreciate your comments.
