Casio Dee & Ricky G-Shock GA110DR-1A Watch
When I first learned about this new Dee & Ricky limited edition G-Shock watches, I was like WTF?! Not that I would wear it, but I can appreciate the culture that created it. The watch design really started in the 1980s, though the designs may not be aware of that. It was the time of Lego and bright colors, and when wearing wild hues was fashionable until the mid 1990s (when thankfully florescent colors went out). The lineage of the style also is related to 8 bit gaming. Nintendo brought bright colors before our eyes on a daily basis in blocky glory. This watch is the summation of an entire pop culture generation. Nerds with focus, geeks with passion.? Speedmaster pro school
Okay guys, I have finally saved enough coin to start looking for my next watch. I have always wanted a Speedmaster Pro. That said I know very little so lets assume I know nothing. In theory I have no problem with vintage as long as it's in good shape. I am still in my 20's and am far from wealthy but I put back money in retirement each month and my bills are paid so I figure I can treat myself just a bit from time to time. I really like the look of the white dial broad arrow GMT speedmaster and the look of the silver/gray sunburst dial models. So without further ado, please school me on the do's, dont's, pro's and con's of the Speedmaster, it's various movements and models over the years and what I should expect to get and find in the $2k ish USD range.Thanks in advance!!!!!John

Small wrist with BIG Planet Ocean
I have a 6.5 inch wrist and am in two minds as to getting the 45.5mm Seamaster Planet Ocean (PO) or the smaller 42mm PO.Does anyone have any comments to share about getting the larger PO for a smaller wrist?Is it uncomfortable to wear in the long run? (the 5 min at the AD doesn't really help a lot).Alternatively, pics of wrist shots with smaller wrists would be appreciated.Thanks...
