Breitling SUPEROCEAN HERITAGE 46
So, first off, let me apologize. I apparently do not have the gift of watch photography like many of our members here do. This is why I always appreciate the beautiful photographs that people take here. But at any rate, I figured I'd have to take some pictures of the new addition to my collection (thanks Greg!). It's my first Breitling, and I really had no intentions of buying one. But once I received it, I totally fell in love with it. I don't have pics of the packaging up, but I personally found that the packaging is a huge improvement over what you get from Rolex, and the watch is far less expensive. This watch retails less than what my Rolex did 5 years ago. The other thing that I love about this watch is the way it has a clean dial, and looks very much like the Rolex Sub and Blancpain Fifty Fathoms. It's 46mm, but definitely doesn't feel overly large. Bond Seamaster - New vs. Old
Hello guys,I don't know how many Omega fans there are here, but I think they've got some excellent watches.Of course, I first saw the Bond Seamaster in a Bond Movie (The World Is Not Enough I believe) and I absolutely loved it! I said to myself: I'll get that one some day. I got a little scared when I saw how much money it would cost me though.Anyway, I now own the Bond Seamaster, but the newer model (quartz version, 2221.80 - go easy on me) and I absolutely love it. When I was at the AD to buy it, I had to choose between the old chronometer and the new quartz. It was pretty difficult. For practical reasons I went for the quartz. I held the watches side by side and noticed they looked pretty different from each other. On the newer model, there are applied markers, you've got the red Seamaster on the dial, there's different case back engraving (like the PO), the waves on the dial look a little different, the hands are slightly longer, the dot on the bezel-triangle is I think somewhat la

Good day all. Well I said I wouldn't be buying another watch this year but I've kind of been Jonesing for this one for a while ...I'm curious what the collective here think of it? I already have a 690 which has the same movement (essentially). Would this be redundant or does the Luminor wear significant different than theb1940 Radiomir?My collection is: Dblue, Sd43 and the aforementioned 690.It's only available on the gray market and selling at quite a premium to original list.A picture (not mine) for discussion. Bracelet swap out (Daytona 116520)
Recently I acquired a Daytona 116520. Due to the type of work I do and the fact I wear casual attire, I would like to swap out the polished center link bracelet with a brushed bracelet. I put my GMT II (BLNR) on a 78790 because I had one from my Explorer II, and absolutely love the way it looks/feels. I am wondering if there is a model of brushed bracelet that would lend well to the Daytona.
