New Montblanc Heritage Chronomtrie Watches (Updated With Live Photos & Prices)
At last year’s SIHH, Montblanc launched its Heritage Chronomtrie collection, with designs inspired chiefly by the 1948-era Pythagore timepieces created by the storied Minerva manufacture in Villeret, Switzerland (now known as Montblanc Manufacture). This year, the brand adds two new complications to the collection: an unusual date indication and a chronograph with annual calendar. The two new timepieces the Montblanc Heritage Chronomtrie Twin Counter Date and Montblanc Heritage Chronograph Quantime Annuel join their predecessors in the collection, all of which bear the design codes of the Pythagore, including elegant Arabic numerals; faceted, applied indices; sword-shaped hands; slender cases; straight bezels; and curving lugs. The Montblanc Heritage Chronomtrie Twin Counter Date takes its look from double-counter Minerva chronograph watches from the 1950s, but it does not in fact include a chronograph function. IWC Introduces Portuguese F.A. Jones Squelette
The Portuguese family of watches pays tribute to the remarkable seafarers of Portugal, but this particular Portuguese is a tribute to IWC’s founder, F.A. Jones. The limited edition skeleton watch is equipped with the hand-wound IWC Calibre 98910 movement, which allows precise adjustment of the escapement thanks to a long index regulator. The movement also features special decoration based on the historical Jones caliber from the company's beginning. The Portuguese F.A. Jones Squelette is available in a limited edition of 100 pieces in 18k rose gold priced at $43,000.You may click the image to view a larger version.

This is why I "roll" with plastics on!!!
Today is Christmas and it was my lucky day I had waited for over a week to wrap my exhaust with DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap. Its a pretty hard job, especially doing it under the seat, but I'm happy with my first attempt. It took me about 2-3 hours to do the job.So I was pretty proud of my workmanship and I thought I'd go down to the lake and take a few photos. The photos went well as shown below.........Wrap-Rolex3-25-12-17.jpgWrap-Rolex2-25-12-17.jpgWrap-Rolex1-25-12-17.jpg However...........after I took the photos I forgot to put my watch back on my wrist and rode my bike home (2 miles) with the watch still sitting on my bike's ankle guard....I honestly forgot all about my DateJust41 and I was riding at up to 50 mph and riding around corners...It wasn't until I got home and took another look at my handiwork on the exhaust wrap that I noticed my watch still sitting on my bike Luckily my DJ41 had the plastics still on and now I'm feeling great, instead of going crazy, wondering how I co
