Introducing: The 2015 Tudor Fastrider Black Shield
Tudor has just introduced the latest version of its Fastrider Chronograph, which is a part of its ongoing partnership with Ducati. The newest version of the Fastrider Chronograph Black Shield breaks somewhat with earlier incarnations of the Fastrider in offering a matte black treatment of the ceramic case and bezel, and was inspired by Ducati's new XDiavel, which has been described as "a cruiser with the spirit of a superbike." The partnership between Ducati and Tudor began in 2011. 1 OF 4 Ducati XDiavel, 1262 cc V-twin, belt drive, 156 bhp, new for 2015. 2 OF 4 As with previous Fastrider Black Shield models, the big technical asset being sent into the field here is the ceramic case (the original Fastriders were steel). The case is an injection molded monobloc (one piece) construction and it's being used here for its almost complete impervious to scratches. Tudor will offer the watch at $4,925 (both rubber or leather strap) by special order f
AP Website Problem?
Yesterday I tried to login into my audemarspiguet only to find my account no longer existed (doing a reset resulted in 'there are no accounts associated with this email'). I had successfully registered my 15710ST on 8 April and received a confirmation email with the watch details and a statement, 'In a few weeks, you will receive a sticker to be placed in your warranty booklet. I had been able to login to my account up until yesterday, and so I called their service number in NY (646-375-0807) and was told they would have to get somebody to call me - apparently they can't look up anything but did say there might be a website problem. Nobody has called me back and I still can't login. Is anybody else unable to login? Also if somebody has a suggestion for a better phone number with somebody that can lookup registrations and warranty info, please advise or PM me. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
Early date change
I've got an automatic vintage Seamaster I've had a year now and I noticed lately that it changes date around 7pm -8pm. I used to do it between 11pm and 1am. I might have messed it up when I was setting the time/date and I completely forgot a while ago that you're not supposed to change dates between a certain time. I'm not sure if that's what did it or not. The watch still runs fine and the date still changes daily, just a few hours too early. Anyone have a solution? Thanks!
The return of an old friend ....
I sold this watch to a good friend a few monthsback, and regretted it immediately. Luckily, my Pal has about 60 watches, so this one was justsitting in his box. Met him today and convincedhim to sell it back to me.An old flame comes home to Brooklyn, the return of my 1980 Tenth Anniversary 863 ....
I may have a problem
.........a Nautilus problem that is.Ok, let me start off by saying, that my dreams are haunted by this freaking watch.....had a chance to fondle a 5711 a few weeks ago and it may have given me some kind of a virus.....I remember posting here a few years back, something like patek does nothing for me, that statement still remains, however, the only watch I'm absolutely obsessed with is the Nautilus.I'm contemplating the unthinkable here boys.........consolidating.Am I crazy.I may need to be pimpslapped by some one.
