Oh no! I'm ruined!
I've been thinking about the new blue Omega AT 8500 that is showcased in Skyfall (image below taken from the internets).So I went to the boutique to try it on while sporting my own AP 15300. I leave feeling deflated about the Omega. I know its an apples and oranges comparison -- perhaps I should have worn another watch to avoid the comparison. I still may get the Omega, but my AP is just perfection. Has AP spoiled me for other brands!? Anyone else ever have an experience like this?
Anniversary Breitling
I have the opportunity of buying an Anniversary (RAF) Breitling Aerospace at a massively reduced price. The watch is NIB from an authorised dealer. I'm not sure if these watches are a good investment as they are quite specialist to the owners. I do want the watch though as the RAF squadron is sentimental to me. I know I wont be buying it as an investment and passing it down the line but do they depreciate more than a standard issue Aerospace ?Thanks

I'm a Panerai guy. Big. Simple. Sport. Beat up leather straps.I just got a 232. A significant watch for me. Wanted for years.So.....why is it that I can't stop thinking about a Nautilus! That case on a strap is just incredible!!!! Why?!?!?!?!?!
