15202 v. 15400
I have a very small wrist (6 inches) and the subc is probably the biggest I can go. I've tried on the diver a few times and it hangs off both sides of my wrist. If I wanted to buy a royal oak, would the 15400 work or does it wear significantly bigger than the subc? Is the 15202 the only 39mm royal oak? AP's website indicates that the only 15202 made is the ultra thin with a blue dial. Does AP make a 39mm royal oak thats not ultra thin and has either a black or white dial? What would you all suggest I do if I want to get a royal oak? Also, can the SS royal oak be put into a leather strap like the gold can?
Diver for Rubberclad ?
Simple proposition: Should I trade my SS Diver on AP bracelet for a black faced Rubberclad ?I love the diver but need a daily wearer and the diver seems to be a scratch magnet !TIA for all your thoughts. PS. I do have a Panda in the stable as well.
Super Ocean
I have this beauty for 10 years now and 3 bracelets later I had her serviced in Germany when I stayed their for 4 month. She started running behind quit a bit! It took about 8 weeks to get her back but they did an awesome job and she looks like BNIB and runs like a champ!!The case and bezel had some scratches and after they polished the watch she doesn't have any marks left. After having two leather bracelets I decided to go with the rubber one this time and like the band and the clasp alot.I really think that the rubber will hold up a lot longer then leather
I can't help it
but I'm a nucuck junkie.
